My Story
Sandra is a professional photographer based in Mansfield Victoria. She began her photography career as a part time sports photographer while working as a police officer. Sandra then completed a career course in professional photography before adding weddings, portraits and commercial work to her repertoire. This change enabled Sandra to focus full time on photography.
After a tree change to regional Victoria in 2017, Sandra discovered a new passion – Farm Photography. A desire to learn about and be part of her new community in Mansfield led Sandra to undertake the “Mansfield Farm Project”. Capturing the activities, landscapes, livestock, machinery and people on one cattle farm over 12 months culminated in an exhibition in 2021 of selected works from the project.
Since then Sandra has completed the “Mini Farmers’ Book Project” and has begun a new project, “Shearing Shed Stories”.
While offering a broad range of photography genres, much of her work today remains farm focused.
Sandra’s studio is a quaint cottage located at Shop 2/12 High Street, Mansfield and during Most 2022 will display some favourite farm images along with many new additions.
